Starting at $500 (travel fees may apply)

·       Vendor confirmations and wedding day itinerary.

·       Reminders of payments for all remaining balances.

·       Final ceremony/reception site walk through.

·       Coordination of rehearsal, sound checks and any pre-decorating.

·       Concierge service for wedding party, making sure that everyone has what they need.

·       Ceremony site set up and decorating.

·       Direct ushering order, ceremony music cues and processional.

·       Reception site set up and decorating.

·       Orchestrate all major events at reception.

·       Emergency kit.

·       Clean up at reception site, make sure all rented items set to be returned, gown ready for preservation and cake top packaged to be frozen for first anniversary
